2024 - Focusing on the customer

It's already February and time is flying. I hope everything is going well for you and your family.

It has been almost three years since Race Winning Brands acquired Victory 1 Performance. A lot of things have changed here but we are still the same core group of people dedicated to producing quality parts.

We experienced some communication errors in our sales department in 2023, and I am working hard to fix the situation. You may have already noticed that I am handling many orders again, which has made some of you very happy. If you need anything from me, you can contact me at 704-799-1955 extension #3184. I want to give credit to our team and Operations Director, Joe Soller (some of you may know him from DART). They have worked hard to resolve various issues in production planning, personnel, and quality of our product.

Last year, we forged and pre-finished tens of thousands of blanks and worked overtime and every Saturday to put ourselves in a position where we could reduce our lead time by weeks and sometimes months. I am pleased to say that everything is functioning smoothly here.

Over the last few months, our average lead time for a custom, CrN coated titanium valve has been a relaxed nine days, and we are working hard to maintain that.

Victory's reputation was built on the quality of its parts, but also on the quality of its service. Good service means effective communication, timely delivery, and efficient ordering. We will work tirelessly to resolve any issues that arise.
